Utopian Fields ‎– Utopian Fields (1989)

Utopian Fields - Utopian Fields (1989) artwork

Utopian Fields is a band formed in Norway in 1988. Under the Colours Label they recorded two albums (actually three, but the third one was never released).
Their self-titled debut was released on vinyl in 1989, This is not your typical 80's style of music. The sound is an acoustic soft psych/progressive rock with slow-tempo compositions with
more than one influence from the 1970s: nothing farther than the syntethic keyboards of that year. Lots of dreamy passages. If you want something to relax to, take this album for sure.

Tracks:
1. ....Of A New Life
2. Sun
3. Wishful Thinking In The Garden Of Eden
4. Cloudless Sulphur
5. Metamorphosis, Sunrise Of God's Creation
